As an American does this worry you?

The USSR hid thousands of 'nuclear-device suitcases' across American territory, still to this day it remains a mystery where they were put, presumably the detonators for these devices are still in the hands of the Russian government, there would be no incoming missile warning for NATO to track, just an instant bang!
