What would really happen if aliens invaded earth?

If aliens really invaded it would not be in neither ours or there best interest to just kill. We would probably set up containment camps. Eventually a Group of people would feel sorry for them and fight for there piece. They would start out with little rights and gain more through the years. I would say in about 200 years they would be given full freedom. Then they would become drug dealers and live in the ghetto and it would be racist to talk about there green skin.
