Am I guaranteed 0311 MOS in USMC? I leave in may, am I ured this training?

Yes and not really. You are guaranteed the 03 field but once you get to SOI/ITB(school of infantry,Infantry training battalion) and you first two weeks of training is up you may get to choose you MOS if you are in the top 5 out of your cl. I was an 0351 because i was first in my cl and got to choose. But 0311 will defiantly be the easiest to get into because most of you big guys will go to 0331(machine guns) your math guys will go to 0341(mortars) and all of the crazy SOBs go to 0351(aultmen)
