Unable to delete "setup.zip"?

Recently, my pc appear this file "setup.zip" and I try to delete away but can't and whenever i insert a new storage device, it will copy it self to the other party and worse still it unzip 118 files to any of my hard disk dir. After deleting away, it will reappear again unable to clear with any software. Any one here pls help??
