I have fuzzy hair, thinking laser hair removal please hlp me!Hairy chin,side HELP PLEASE?

Ok Im 18 I have serious fuzzy hair on me side by my ear and under my chin..........it is not attractive. I never noticed it until I gained a bunch of weight about 40 pounds, I went to my doc he said it was because of my weight but idk if this is true DO you think this is why ? Its pretty dark and long lmao not toooooolong but amost like arm hair but a tiny shorter but I bleach it for now, I dont shave because I dont want it to come out all think and darker, I was thinking of waxing it but what do I do when it grows back? wait until its fully grown to wax again? I was thinking since I got a job and nothing to pay lol like bills I should try laser removal........ Is this worth it? WIll it work ? About how much am I looking at if I want all my unwanted fasial hair GONE!!!!! Does laser really work? Hurt? Perminent? I really need some advice, this really lowers my self esteem Its embaring!!!!!!!!! Tell me what you do!! thanks
