I don't want to sound rude but do you think christian extremists have something to do with this...?

If O'Hare was the most hated Atheist extremist, and as you suggest, was killed by Christian extremists, then Fred Phelps is the most hated Christian extremist, yet hasn't been killed by Atheist extremists.
