Okay i bleached my hair out and it came out pale golden.Done this with a highlightening cap.?

When i rinsed i freaked out so left the cap on and dryed it and put on a cool blonde with ten volume developer.For some reason around my face (bangs and sides) stayed very white almost and the rest of it is orange very orange and it also bled through the cap in a few spots and is cheetah like.My question is how can i put a toner on to cut the oarange and blend the cheetah parts all together without turning the white part green or some crazy color.Sorry about the punctuation but im in tears right now and cant think right.I have something very important to do in a couple of days and im mortified.Also from bleaching it to much its very very very fried and spongy and breaking off.I read about herbal essence brtree without amonia and was thinking about using that to tone it but im not sure what the pale part will grab.Was going to use dark blonde or light brown.The other thing is that i really dont want it too dark looking and harsh either.Any advice i can get would be wonderful.
