Well it sounds pretty clear that she doesn't want a relationship with you so just be her friend, but don't be too clingy. Try ignoring her back and see if she starts responding to you first. If you're too available that could make you seem clingy which is a total turn off for girls even if you are "just friends." Good Luck;-)
