My boyfriend doesn't talk nice to me?? :[[?

My boyfriend constantly undermines me, or talks to me in a nasty tone. Today I was offering a pie tin for him and his family to use for thanksgiving and for some reason he felt weird borrowing it. All I said was, 'Baby it wouldn't be a big deal'. He then thought it appropriate to turn around look me in the face and say 'Shut up'. When I try to explain my point of view on any topic we talk about, he interupts me and says 'Okay okay I get it you can stop'. He also mimicks me in an obnoxious voice. What I hate the most though, is when he tells me, 'OH MY GOD CALM DOWN YOU'RE FREAKING OUT', when I'm talking to him calmy and softly. I hate it so much, and just had this long conversation with him about it yesterday. His first reaction was that it was only a 'mood swing'. I started to cry and he promised he'd be better. He just did it all again today, I don't know how to get threw to him?! I don't want to break up with him, when he's nice it's really really amazing. We've been together for two years, and the past four months or so have been like this. How can I make him change?
