Jahvid Best,biggest boom or bust of the 2010 draft?

if you dont knoe what "boom or bust" means please dont reply. but for those of you who do know, what do you guys think of him? If he was plying for any team but Detroit, I think he would win rookie of the year (well maybe except oakland)
